OrbisLocal provides AI-powered visibility intelligence tools. The "Revenue at Risk" (RaR) and other metrics are estimates based on statistical modeling and should be used as strategic guidance, not financial advice.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate business information for analysis. Automated scraping of OrbisLocal reports or infrastructure without explicit permission is prohibited.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive for 100% accuracy by pulling directly from official Google APIs, local search environments are dynamic. OrbisLocal cannot guarantee external search engine ranking outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

OrbisLocal and its parent entities shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our analysis or implementation of our recommendations.
